So who do we inform that this site appears to be exporting all kinja content at an alarming rate? The already have ALL of my posts and if you refresh the main page they seem to be adding kinja posts at a rate of several per minute.

So I was answering this question about an oil analysis. I remember I made a post about a while ago and the easiest way to find it, instead of going back to March 2017 on my kinja profile is to google my VIN.

The first picture is what I was looking for.  

But then I noticed the Hyundai.

I took that picture in December 2015 in Richmond Hill, but I only posted it to oppo. So I clicked on it. Which brought me here.

So I clicked on my user name and it brought me to the final screen.

You’re even on it.

Why there’s a Greek website with all of oppo on it, I will never know.

How was the cigar? I smoked cigars for 25 years, but gave them up because health reasons. I had a recent scare (doc said I might have cancer, I don’t), and decided that it wasn’t worth the risk. But I would probably still enjoy one from time to time. Just not three a day like I was doing.

I wish they would organize post by page number instead of that weird number at the top. like kinja.com/page1 and then you could just change the number and get near the date when you posted the original post.

That would be nice. I also wish there were advanced search features. Currently, I can’t search by author name, or date range. I can’t limit the search to titles only, or narrow my results in any other way. The only special search feature that works is the tag system, but that only helps if people tag their posts.

I’ve even had some cases where search terms that absolutely should have worked, didn’t. I try to search for particular words that I KNOW were mentioned in the post that I’m trying to find, but somehow they don’t come up. I probably should actually e-mail Kinja support next time I see that...
